This website is operated by Khan Bridal. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Khan Bridal. The brand Khan Bridal is legally operated by Ayshan Veyisova, registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan.


Khan Bridal offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

 


By using this website, you confirm that:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

 

 

 

 

SECTION 2 – CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

 


All bridal gowns and most products sold by Khan Bridal are made to order based on the measurements and specifications provided by the client.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • Production begins only after full payment or required deposit is received.

  • All measurements provided are your responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the client.

  • Minor alterations after delivery may be necessary and are the client’s responsibility.

 


Because our gowns are custom-made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.


Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

 

 

 

SECTION 3 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

 


Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.


We reserve the right to:

 

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities

  • Request additional verification before accepting an order

 


An order is considered accepted only after payment has been confirmed.


If we cancel an order before production begins, a refund will be issued.

 

 

 

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

 


All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.


Prices do not include:

 

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local VAT or similar charges in the customer’s country

 


The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.


We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.


If using a deposit system:

 

  • Production begins after the required deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

 

 

 

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 


Production time varies between 2–16 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.


Shipping time begins after production is completed.


Estimated shipping times:

 

  • International: 3–14 business days (express courier)

  • Azerbaijan: 1–3 business days

 


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


We are not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

  • Events beyond our control

 


Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

 

 

 

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

 


Due to the custom nature of our products:

 

  • Made-to-order gowns are non-refundable.

  • Custom items cannot be returned.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

 


If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:

 

  • Repair the gown, or

  • Offer a reasonable solution at our discretion.

 


Ready-made accessories (non-customized) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 


All content on this website, including images, videos, designs, logos, text, and branding, is the property of Khan Bridal and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.


You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

 

 

 

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khan Bridal shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Alterations performed by third-party tailors

 


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

 

 

 

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

 


Khan Bridal is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.


All purchases are made directly with Khan Bridal.


Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Khan Bridal.

 

 

 

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

 


All personal information submitted through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.


By using our Services, you agree to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

 


These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
