At Khan Bridal, all gowns are made to order based on the measurements and specifications provided by the client.


 

Made-to-Order & Custom Dresses

 


Due to the custom nature of our products:

 

  • All made-to-order gowns are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate body measurements using our sizing guide.

 


If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will:

 

  • Repair the gown, or

  • Offer a reasonable solution at our discretion.

 


 

Alterations

 


Minor alterations may be required after delivery. Local tailoring adjustments are the responsibility of the client.


 

Veils & Accessories

 


Ready-made veils and accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

 

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Not customized

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

Shipping Damage

 


If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
