All gowns are made to order.

Production time varies between 2–16 weeks depending on design complexity.

Estimated production time is displayed on each product page.

After production is complete:

International shipping: 3–14 business days (Express courier)

Azerbaijan: 1–3 business days

Only fast shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout, standard shipping is for free worldwide.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance

Courier delays

Incorrect shipping information provided by the client

Clients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
